COME & JOIN US FOR A 5K RUN or 3K WALK BENEFITTING THE LOS ANGELES HARBOR COLLEGE FOUNDATION AND OUR SPORTS MANAGEMENT CLUB.

Bring your stroller, hats, Harbor gear, walking/running shoes and sunscreen! 

The 5K run is 3.1 miles. The 3K walk is 1.8 miles. 

TIME: Check-in starts at 7:30am; Run/Walk starts at 9am.

WHERE: On the Seahawk Track.

Registration includes: 

• Entry to the run + bib
• Race day medal
• Water
• Outreach Fair by LAHC
• Pictures with Reggie & Sammy and Sandy the Seahawks
